TMNT:The children we couldn't have

Chapter 1

Hamato Yoshi was married to the love of his life, Tang Shen. She was the most beautiful girl in the whole school. He was surprised when she said yes to him when he proposed the marriage with her. When they got married they tried to have kids but found out that Tang Shen couldn’t. So they decided to fill their love with an animal. A dog was out of the question because Yoshi was allergic to the fur on them.

“Come on Yoshi dear!”  Tang Shen giggled and went into the room where the water creatures where. She turned to him and held out her arm to him. Yoshi took it and holds her.

“I am right here my love.” He held her close and looked at the fish with her. They were rainbow, and clown fish. “What color fish do you want?”  There were many color fish like blue, purple, orange and red. They were all different kind of them.

Tang Shen gasped and looked at the large eggs in a case. “I want the baby turtle eggs!” She giggled and looked at them through the window. She was on the glass looking at them.

“Can I help you?” one of the female helpers in the store walked to them and smiled. She had long hair down to her butt with blond hair.

“Yes, can we please have the five turtle eggs? The ones in this case, right over here.” He pointed to them

“Oh. They’re not for sale. We found them last night. They are too big for turtle eggs and we don’t think they will live that long.” The she told them.

“Please, my wife needs something to love. She can’t have kids and she just wants these turtle eggs”

“Fine, how much are you willing to pay for them?” she looked at him with her game face. She was ready to make big money.

“$200 dollars for the eggs and $150 for the tank and food.” Splinter told them and held out the cash.

She took it and stuffed it in her bra and pockets. She went into a room and came out carrying out the eggs and tank. “Here you are. Take care of the darling little angles for me.”

Splinter held Tang Shens arm and walked home with them. Their house was three stores high and a basement. They had gotten the house on a short sale when they first moved to New York.  

They moved when the foot clan started war with all of the other clans in china, once you were in there, was no escaping battle. So, they left in the middle of the night, taking a boat to America.

“Yoshi, it’s been two weeks when are they going to hatch?” Tang Shen looked at the five eggs and sighed. “I just want them to come–”

“Here they come.” Splinter said as he ran and grabbed the turtle’s bowl adding water and a little tree decoration. “There we are. Now all we can do is… whoa!”  

 
The turtle babies weren’t the size of turtles they were much bigger… almost baby human size. It was clear that something had happen to them before but he didn’t know what. All he knew was that there was four boys and one girl. There plastron, it’s the front of their chest, weren’t big enough for them yet and there male and female organs.

“They’re amazing!” She picked up the smallest baby boy. “I’m going to get the baby clothes from the baby’s’ room” She gave Splinter the baby and ran up stairs to the baby room where their baby was supposed to be. Half of it was pink with the other half blue. They were hopping one of each child, but… it never happened. They didn’t have the heart to take it down, so it stayed up in the room that was never unlocked, until now.

She grabbed a pink outfit and then four boy outfits for them. She got them in diapers and then into the outfits she brought down. She put purple, red, black, blue and orange hats on them so they wouldn’t get cold.

‘What are we going to name them Yoshi?” she looked at them in the crib and rocked it a bit. “They’re such angels…” she stroked the one with the purple hat’s cheek. She loved how cute they were sleeping there.

“I think the names we were going to name the twins will fit two of them.” He looked over at her and smiled.

“This one will be Michelangelo” she pointed to the one in the orange hat “… and of course the girl will be Venus de Milo.” She picked the girl up and held her.

“If she is a sculptor and he is an artist then we make the rest artist,” Splinter stroked his chin and smiled at her. “How about, for the one with the red hat, Raphael?”

“Ya and the blue is Leonardo and the purple Donatello!” She giggled and kissed all of their heads. All of the kids laid there sleeping, Leonardo was flat on his shell, Mikey with butt in the air cuddling next to Raph while he was sucking his thumb. Donnie and Venus where both on their stomach sleeping away with the pacifiers in their mouths.

Splinter and Tang Shen decided that they couldn’t tell anyone about their bundles of joy. They both knew how the world wasn’t ready for the presence of human-turtle people.

They didn’t know how long their secret would last. But for now they knew they would have the five kids to keep and love them and hope one day the world will accept them.
